After graduating Fordham Law School in 2012, Steven began his legal career focusing on financial institutions and alternative financial transactions.

Prior to co-founding Berkovitch & Bouskila, Steven served as the general counsel to a large alternative financing firm advising in all aspects of their business.

Steven utilizes his past experiences to advise his clients on all aspects of their business from formation to litigation, with everything in between.

Additionally, Steven advises clients in structuring alternative financial transactions in compliance with usury laws nationwide.
