Ariel began his legal career at a mid-size litigation firm and from early on Ariel began appearing in court on sophisticated oral arguments, trials and from behind the scenes, Ariel was drafting briefs and conducting legal research on various legal issues.

Prior to co-founding Berkovitch & Bouskila, Ariel served as the associate general counsel to a large alternative financing firm advising in all aspects of their business, handling delinquent clients, and associated litigation.

Ariel utilizes his expertise to advise clients before during and after litigation in an effort to resolve their issues as expeditiously as possible.
